Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales through face-to-face meetings, client visits, and outdoor marketing activities. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and representing the company's products and services effectively in the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers to prospect for new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate and present products or services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold-calling.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals.
- Provide feedback from customers to management for product/service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities.

- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork efficiently.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools (preferred).

- Basic understanding of the product/service offered (training will be provided).
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum: 10+2 (High School Certificate).
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience, location, and industry).
- Sales Incentives/Commissions: Attractive and performance-linked (can significantly increase total earnings).
- Travel Allowances: Reimbursement for local travel and client visits.
- Mobile/Communication Allowance: (Provided by some companies)
