Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales, solicit feedback, handle queries, or provide information. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the products/services.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
  • Maintain a record of conversations and update customer information in the database.
  • Follow up on previous interactions and keep customers informed about new products, services, or campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to campaign success.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and complaints to management.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages).
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma (12th pass)
  • Preferred: Graduate in any stream

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience, location, and company).
  • Incentives/Commission: Based on performance (sales targets achieved, leads generated, etc.).
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure.
